Handmade Moroccan Santa Cards are sold by GRAVITREK, INC., a corporation registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered office at 1111B South Governors Avenue, #7289, Dover, Delaware 19904, United States. Handmade Moroccan Santa Cards is a set of 5 greeting cards printed on 300 gsm card stock, with 5 matching envelopes: one Santa card, one Mama Santa card, one Elf card, and two Family cards. Every character on every card is hand-drawn by our artist and assembled from a limited library of hand-drawn features, tracked so no combination repeats. Once every combination in the current library has been used, new features are added to keep every set one of a kind. No card is generated by artificial intelligence.
You do not need to create an account or a password to order. When you check out you are taken to Stripe's own secure checkout page, where you enter your payment details and your shipping address. Stripe then passes us only what we need to fulfil the order: your name, shipping address, email address, the quantity ordered, and the amount paid. If you need to check on an order later, you can request a one-click email link to track it -- see our Privacy Policy for how that works.
The price of one set is $15.00 in US dollars, shown inclusive of worldwide shipping. That is the total you pay us; there are no handling fees and no surcharges added at checkout.
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never pass through or get stored on our servers -- we never see your card number, expiry date, or CVC at any point. You can adjust the quantity you are buying on that page before paying. Your order is confirmed, and illustration begins, only once Stripe confirms payment has been successfully captured.
Illustration begins after your payment is confirmed. Cards are printed and shipped from Morocco. Shipping is included in the price, worldwide, at no extra charge. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees; we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal carriers once a package has shipped.
When we ship. We dispatch every order within 30 days of payment being confirmed, and in practice much sooner. If we cannot dispatch within 30 days we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Customs and import charges. Because your set is posted from Morocco, your own country may charge import duty, VAT, or a customs handling fee on arrival. Those charges are set by your government, are not included in the price, and are payable by you as the importer. We cannot predict them, collect them, or refund them.
Cancelling before it is made. Every card is illustrated specifically for your order once payment is confirmed, so contact us as soon as you can if you change your mind. If illustration has not yet begun we will cancel and refund you in full.
If you live in the EU or the UK: your 14-day right to withdraw. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of the day on which you, or someone you name, take physical possession of the cards -- without giving any reason. To use it, tell us clearly before the 14 days are up: email hello@moroccansanta.com, or use the model form below. We will refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used. We may hold the refund until the cards are back with us or you show they have been sent. Our own 30-day policy below is offered in addition to this right and does not replace or reduce it.

Returns within 30 days. If you are not happy with your set, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free — contact us and we will arrange it. Once the set is on its way back to us we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee and no deduction of any kind — you get the whole $15 back. Refunds are issued within 1–2 business days of us receiving the return, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank. Cards should be returned in the condition you received them, in their envelopes where possible.
Damaged or incomplete orders. If your set arrives damaged, or a card is missing, contact us and we will make it right — a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. There is nothing to send back and no time limit that we will hold you to on this.

All character artwork, designs, and the combinations generated for your set are the original work of our artist and are owned by us. Purchasing a set gives you the physical cards for personal use and gifting; it does not transfer any right to reproduce, scan, resell, or use the artwork commercially.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the products sold on it, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have that cannot be excluded under the law of your country of residence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in this clause takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim in the courts of that country.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is posted here.
